Our History
GHILBI brings many years of experience working with natural stone and custom stone products. Over time, we have developed extensive expertise in stone selection, cutting, shaping, milling, carving, finishing, and precision fabrication.
Today, we combine this experience with advanced robotic stone-processing technology to manufacture custom architectural elements, decorative components, sculptures, and other complex products made from natural stone.

FROM DIGITAL FILE TO NATURAL STONE
Modern stone processing begins with accurate product information.
GHILBI can manufacture stone components using customer-provided 3D models, drawings, dimensions, templates, or other production references.
Our equipment allows digital information to be converted into precise machining operations, making it possible to reproduce complex shapes, profiles, reliefs, curves, and decorative details in natural stone.
This process provides excellent repeatability and allows us to manufacture anything from a single custom piece to multiple matching components.

Our multi-axis KUKA robotic systems provide exceptional flexibility when machining complex three-dimensional shapes and large stone components.
Depending on the product, the manufacturing process may include cutting, milling, shaping, carving, grinding, polishing, and other finishing operations.
The result is a finished natural-stone product manufactured according to the dimensions, files, samples, or other specifications provided for the order.

Our facility utilizes multi-axis KUKA robotic equipment capable of machining complex three-dimensional shapes that would be difficult or extremely time-consuming to produce using conventional stone-processing methods.

LARGE-FORMAT STONE PROCESSING
Our robotic equipment allows us to work with exceptionally large natural-stone pieces.
Depending on the shape, material, and processing requirements, our equipment can accommodate stone components weighing up to approximately 50 tons and reaching lengths of up to approximately 30 feet.
This capability allows GHILBI to manufacture large-format stone products while maintaining the flexibility of multi-axis robotic machining.
